By filling out an APPLICATION (below), you understand, and agree to the following:

APPLICATION FEE = $35 per adult "or" per couple (if married) for Credit check, Background check and Criminal Investigation.

INCOME REQUIREMENT: Verifiable Income of 2.5 times the monthly rent will be required. (Please send us previous month's Pay Stubs, etc. immediately after making application)

CREDIT REQUIREMENT: 550 FICO minimum, 550 - 600 FICO score will prepay last month's rent / no outstanding COLLECTIONS on credit report.

Note: NO CREDIT (common with younger renters) is acceptable with verified income.

DEPOSIT: usually the amount of one month's rent (some properties have an active duty military discount at OWNER's discretion).

PET FEE - A non-refundable PET FEE of $200 for the first dog/cat & $100 for the second (for those properties that allow pets) will be collected at move-in.

RENT will be prorated depending upon date of move-in and credit report.

Properties can be held for up to 14 days with a DEPOSIT and a FULLY EXECUTED LEASE.
